Oath Craft Pizza Opens Thursday In Brookline

Brookline’s Coolidge Corner neighborhood will soon be overflowing with pizza as the Nantucket-born Oath Craft Pizza prepares to open its newest restaurant in the Boston area. Oath Craft makes its debut at 276 Harvard Street this Thursday, April 6, 2017 and will celebrate the occasion by offering customers half their meal on the house during opening day.

This is the fifth overall location for Oath Craft, which has other restaurants in Somerville’s Davis Square, South Station, Chestnut Hill, and the original seasonal location on Nantucket. The menu at Oath Craft includes both pre-set signature pizzas and customizable options, along with salads and desserts. Toppings range from truffle sauce, roasted mushrooms, and parmesan cheese to barbecue pulled pork and mozzarella cheese.

The pizza crusts are infused with avocado oil, and every pizza is quick-fired and cooked in 90 seconds and served up hot with a crispy crust. The pizzas are 11 inches in diameter and are available in a half-pie format if a full one is too much. Coolidge Corner’s restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
