Kunevich & Lau is seeking a client oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.To be successful in this role, you will need to be goal driven, detail-oriented and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Core responsibilities:
- proactively staying in touch with existing clients to ensure their experience exceeds their expectations
- reaching out to new prospective business
- prepare and present personalized insurance quotes
- answer questions and concerns in a timely manner
- build client follow up campaigns to revisit previous or potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year of relevant insurance service/sales experience
- applied TAM and WinRater experience ideal
- demonstrate ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities in accordance with the company and client’s core values and ethics
- thorough knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
- proven consultative sale and customer services skills and the ability to obtain, organize and articulate information.
