Missing: Someone reported a 15-year old boy missing.

Oh no: Someone called to report an older woman was hit by a car near the corner of Griggs Road and Washington Street. The driver of the car was cited for not stopping at a crosswalk.

Eggs again: Someone came into the station to report a house was egged on Stanton Road.

Shoplifting: Someone at a business on Harvard Street called to report someone was shoplifting some Tide. Police ended up arresting him.

Fight: Someone called to report there was a fight between a student and her boyfriend at Newbury College on Fisher Hill Avenue. It was resolved by the time officers arrived.

Drone wars?: Someone called to report a person was flying a drone over the ball park at Amory Park while kids were playing baseball.

Tuesday, May 9

Plural of mouse: Someone called to report a woman was in Pierce Park with a – cage full of mice. The person calling said the woman was giving the mice to kids to keep and letting them pet the mice. Police did not find any such woman when the arrived to check it out.

Not all who wander are lost: A couple calls came in to report a wandering raccoon near Beaconsfield.

Reasonable response: Someone called to report a woman was stuck in an elevator on Pearl Street and was becoming agitated.

Stolen: Someone called to report an electric bike was stolen from the Village Way.

Skateboarders: Someone called to report three teens skateboarding near the corner of Brington Road and Cypress Street on the sidewalk.

Trashy: A woman called to report a man in a wheelchair just tipped over the recycling container on Strathmore Road spilling trash everywhere. She reported this has been a problem lately.

Hazard: Someone called to report a turkey was walking back and forth across Beacon Street. The caller told police he believed this was a hazard.
